Vonnie is the Founder of a leadership and coaching practice, working with individuals and teams. She has decades of experience in the Marketing, Advertising and Communications industry as a leader and entrepreneur, working with clients from retail to telecoms, finance to public sector and across all media. In 2002, Vonnie set up Kitcatt Nohr Alexander Shaw with three partners and grew the business before selling it to Publicis Groupe ten years later. She has managed multiple mergers of agencies over the years and exited her own business in 2015. She has worked in the public and private sectors with organisations and businesses including Public Health England, RSPB, NSPCC, WWF and VSO and on brands such as Halifax, Waitrose, John Lewis, Nissan, specifically electric vehicles when this was a novelty and in the early adoption phase. Vonnie has sat on the fundraising board of SightSavers International and also as an NED as part of her current portfolio of work. She understands what it takes to lead and achieve ambitious business goals within organisations large and small.
