Stephen Geddes
Stephen founded Mainspring Fund Services in 2010, which was acquired by Apex Group in 2023, having spent 8 years as COO at Pi Capital. Prior to that he was at Eden Capital and Hambros Bank. Stephen graduated from the Universities of East Anglia and Cambridge.
At Pi Capital, he saw first-hand the challenges of operating a fastgrowing private equity fund, from leading the finance, HR and IT functions to structuring funds and managing investor relations for several hundred investors. He was responsible for the administration of more than 30 investment entities, including direct investments, limited partnerships, co-investing vehicles and fund of funds vehicles.
