Roxanna joined Two Magnolias in 2022 as Head of Operations, assuming responsibility for fund administration, compliance, payments, and investors. She leads the firm's day-to-day interactions with administrators, banks, and other critical support organisations. She is directly responsible for the onboarding of LP’s and liaising with Two Magnolias FCA regulated entity, The Fund Incubator.
Roxanna is an experienced business manager with a wealth of experience in strategy execution and implementation and has a particular interest in closing the opportunity gaps that exist in building a diversified Venture Capital business.
Prior to joining Two Magnolias, Roxanna spent 11 years at UBS, working as a Director within their Prime Brokerage division, where she managed relationships with some of the world’s largest macro hedge funds. Roxanna started her career at Morgan Stanley working within the Operations and COO line.
Roxanna holds a BSc in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics and Economics (M.O.R.S.E) from Warwick University.
