Previously Head of EMEA Corporate Banking at BAML with extensive M&A, debt and equity capital raising experience with leading US investment banks, advising large and mid-cap corporates and private equity firms on a range of transactions in Europe and the US. Recent C-suite and board level experience in managing three leading Fintech businesses, raising early- to mid-stage debt and equity capital from VC and Private Equity investors. More than 10 years’ experience as an Investment Committee member of a £250m educational endowment fund. Extensive board level experience in a number of FCA regulated firms.
